Thanks to today’s advances in orthodontic technology, Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics can provide our patients with more options when it comes to wearing braces than ever before. While metal braces are still widely used, clear braces or invisible braces are very popular with teens and adults who are self-conscious about wearing braces but may not be a candidate for Invisalign clear aligners.
Invisalign®
Invisalign® is a safe, effective and popular alternative to traditional braces for adults, teens and children in Chesterfield and all across the country. The discrete method uses plastic trays that are nearly invisible on the teeth. These clear aligners offer many benefits, including the ability to remove the aligners whenever necessary.

Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics offers adult orthodontic services, including Invisalign and clear ceramic braces, that can achieve results quickly and improve the appearance of your teeth. Our options for adult orthodontic treatment are intentionally made to be discreet, so no one will know you’re wearing them.
Early treatment
When it comes to your child’s dental health, you want to make sure their smiles are beautiful for years to come. One of the easiest ways to ensure your child has a healthy smile is by scheduling an orthodontic evaluation. This early evaluation has many benefits, such as reducing the need for your child’s dentist to remove permanent teeth later in life.
Lifetime Retainer Program
Wearing a retainer is often the final step in transforming your smile. Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics offers dental retainers after any orthodontic treatment – even if we did not provide your initial orthodontic treatment. Retainers typically need replacement every three to five years, which can cost $600 or more per set at other practices. At Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics, our Lifetime Retainer Program allows you to enjoy free retainers for life — even if you move away. Your only cost is $800 now, plus the cost of future co-pays.
