Patient compliance and cooperation throughout orthodontic treatment is essential to successful outcomes. Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics has implemented a strategic incentive program that rewards patients with money (Ortho Bucks) for overall compliance with their orthodontic treatment. As patients progress through orthodontic treatment, they have the opportunity to earn Ortho Bucks to purchase some great prizes in our display cabinets. Please note that our prizes are always changing and that some of those featured in photographs on our website might not be available. This is our way of saying “THANK YOU FOR BEING A SUPER PATIENT!”

How to Earn Ortho Bucks

You will receive 5 Ortho Bucks when you start your orthodontic treatment. Below is a list of how you can earn Ortho Bucks at each regularly scheduled appointment. 

1. On time for appointment 1 buck
2. Good Oral Hygiene 3 bucks
3. Nothing broken since last regular appointment 3 bucks
4. Wear your Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics T-Shirt 1 buck
5. Schedule your next appointment before leaving 1 buck

 

There are also ways to earn bonus Ortho Bucks.

1. Refer your friends to our office for a consultation 5 bucks
2. Visit your dentist for your regular 6 month check-up 5 bucks
3. Bring removable appliances to appointment 3 bucks
   

How to Collect Ortho Bucks

At the end of each regularly scheduled appointment take the slip that your assistant gives you showing total bucks earned that day to the front desk to redeem your Ortho Bucks. You may cash in at any time or save as many as you like; there is no expiration date. Ortho bucks must be collected on the day of your appointment. We are unable to grant Ortho Bucks days or weeks later.

Guidelines

  1. Ortho Bucks are awarded at your regular appointments. You do not earn Ortho Bucks at emergency visits.
  2. The number of Ortho Bucks you earn is up to you.
  3. The display cabinets will display currently available prizes. Prizes are subject to change without notice.
  4. Your Ortho Bucks are your responsibility. Our office does not keep track of the Ortho Bucks that you have earned. If the Ortho Bucks are lost, we do not replace them.
  5. Once you spend your Ortho Bucks, you must earn more to purchase more prizes.
  6. The sign-in computer tracks sign-in times. 
  7. The assistants and Doctors will be the judge of good oral hygiene.
  8. You must bring a signed form from your regular dentist showing that you kept your 6 month check up.
  9. If you refer someone to our office be sure they mention your name.
  10. The last appointment eligible for earning your Ortho Bucks is your removal appointment. Once your braces are removed, you are no longer eligible to receive this incentive. Be sure to bring your collection at your retainer check appointment.
  11. Any visit that is not a regularly scheduled appointment is not eligible for Ortho Bucks. If you schedule an appointment between 2 regularly scheduled appointments, the second appointment will not be eligible for Ortho Buck rewards.
