Financial Arrangements.
In an effort to maintain competitive orthodontic fees while delivering the highest level of professional care possible, Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics has established the following as our financial policy:
- Payments are accepted by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
- If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a bookkeeping discount.
- Financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments with no interest over a period of months following an appropriate down payment. You have the option of having your monthly payment automatically processed with a debit/credit card on file.
- Third-party financing is provided which offers 100% financing, fixed interest rates and in some cases no down payment.
If you choose to take advantage of Alizadeh & Schreiner Orthodontics’ in-house financing, following your initial down payment your monthly payments will be due on the 1st of each month. You will have a 10-day grace period to make that payment. Any payment not made within that grace period will be assessed a $25 late fee in addition to your monthly payment. Failure to remit payment could result in termination of treatment. The treatment fee covers all procedures performed in our office during treatment, including one set of retainers and one year of follow-up once treatment is complete. Following the one-year retention period, we are more than happy to monitor treatment results, but applicable charges will apply.
Items that are not included in your treatment fee:
- Any procedure that is performed outside of our office. Includes, but is not limited to, cleanings, fillings and surgery.
- Lost or broken appliances during treatment.
- Extended treatment time due to lack of cooperation.
- Any type of retreatment after braces are removed due to lack of cooperation after proper retention measures have been taken by our office.
